If you choose to research the Mortgage Market yourself information can be obtained about most lenders and their mortgage products from the internet or indeed for our compare page but the chosen product needs to be compared to other lenders and products and this is what we do. We check for things like higher lending fees, administration fees, booking fees, free valuations, free legals fees (in the case of remortgages) and early redemption fees, all of which will have a bearing on the suitability of the chosen deal over another. Even if you feel that the mortgage product is good it is always best to get this confirmed by a Mortgage Broker as it is our jobs to compare lender to make sure it is right for you.
